App vs. browser: strengths and trade-offs
Our mpoprofit app on Android caches game layouts and your account dashboard offline, allowing you to review betting history and account balances even when your internet connection drops. App performance on older devices (Android 7+, iOS 12+) remains stable because the app compiles code locally rather than reloading assets from the browser on every tab switch. However, the web version requires no installation, auto-updates silently, and works identically on any phone, tablet, or desktop with a modern browser.
Device compatibility and minimum requirements
We at mpoprofit support Android 7 and above on phones and tablets; iOS 12 and above for iPhones and iPads; and any desktop browser released in the last three years (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). Older devices may experience slower table loading or incomplete feature access. If your device does not meet these minimums, the web browser version often runs with reduced performance but allows login and deposit functionality. Always ensure your device storage has at least 100 MB free space before downloading the APK.
Common installation issues and solutions
Android users occasionally see "Unknown sources" warnings when opening the APK. Enable installation from unknown sources in Settings, then retry. If the app crashes immediately after launch, clear your app cache (Settings → Apps → mpoprofit → Storage → Clear Cache) or reinstall the latest version. iOS users who see certificate errors when opening our site should update Safari to the latest iOS version; expired certificate warnings are rare but indicate the phone's system clock is incorrect—adjust the date and time manually. On all devices, clearing browser cookies and cache before first login helps prevent stale session data from blocking account access.
Data, permissions, and account security
The mpoprofit app requests permission to access your phone storage (to cache offline data), your location (to comply with jurisdiction verification), and your contacts (optional, to enable quick account recovery). We do not share these permissions with third parties. Your login session encrypts all traffic to our servers using TLS 1.3 standard; your password is salted and hashed in our database, not stored in plaintext. When you deposit via online payment, e-wallet, or a bank transfer, your payment details are routed directly to the payment processor, not retained by us. Two-factor authentication (SMS or email code) protects your account if someone learns your password. Withdrawal requests require re-verification with your original identification document—this delay is by design, not a bug, and prevents account takeover.
